A number of individuals have been arrested under the Terrorism Act 2000. All appear to be of Pakistani origin and the original arrest focussed on a visitor from that country. Asif Siddique, 25, and Mohammed Rafiq, 40, were held under the Terrorism Act 2000 at a house in Alva, Clackmannanshire. They are the older brother and uncle of Mohammed Atif Siddique, 20,
who was arrested at the same address 11 days ago, also in connection
with terror laws.
